Mission Driven in Vision network
|
"facilitating trans-local team ministry for the sake of adaptive leadership in Jesus' mission"
|
...to a collaboration of HOPE!
The commitment is for 8 months, October thru May. We break for
summer (some people like to stay in communication with their team
on an informal basis). Then people are free to make a new
commitment the next autumn with a newly formed team or to opt
out for the following year.
Our online peer coaching sessions meet for one hour (allow for 75
minutes before your next appointment just to be safe). Initially,
your four person Emmaus Team meets weekly all together for 5
weeks for introduction and training. Then after that, one-on-one
coaching sessions are scheduled every two weeks through the end of
May. During this time, for one session per month you will coach a
partner, and the other session of the month your partner will coach
you. The other pair in your Emmaus Team receives a transcript of
your session, and offers feedback via email, both to offer resources
for the mission leader and to offer feedback to the coach. The
pairings within your Emmaus Team rotate partners every two
months.
Perhaps you are a church leader
passionate for making disciples
of Jesus.
Perhaps you yearn for your
congregation to first seek God's
reign in all of your ministries.
Perhaps you are looking for
gifted leaders to partner with
you for visioning, resources,
and accountability.
Our network of coaching cohorts looks for leaders who are...

What makes your participation in MDIVnet distinct is twofold:
First, we are different than other peer coaching facilitators.
Truthfully, every human being has a bias. So rather than trying to
remain anonymous objective observers in our coaching, our
coaches are up front about our bias for a no holds barred reign of
God ecclesiology and about our hands-on directive coaching
method for adaptive leadership in a postmodern and
post-Constantinian context. Further, unlike other coaching
facilitators, with MDIVnet you have three peer coaches instead of
one. Which leads us into the second way MDIVnet is unique,
namely that your peer coaching grants you access to a network of
passionate transformational church leaders for greater resourcing
and partnership.
